Cancelling Your 'Pay Monthly' Subscription

This page explains how you can cancel your Pay Monthly subscription to the Bluegrass College. The subscription process is handled by PayPal, and we do not have any control over this. You must therefore go through the following process if you wish to cancel your subscription.

In the following pictures, which are taken from a real account, some of the personal details have been hidden - this will not be the case when you look at your own account.

Please follow the following steps to cancel your subscription ;

  • Log into your PayPal Account

  • Select My Account > Overview as shown below.You will see an entry here for every subscription payment that you have made (you may need to select the 'All Activity' tag to show transactions from some time ago).

    Click on the details link on the line for a subscription payment (circled in red below)

  • The next screen will show Transaction Details for the payment. In the top of the screen, there is a link to the subscription details, as circled in red below.

  • The Subscription details page shows all the details for the subscription, including when the next payment will be taken. At the bottom of the page there is a Cancel Subscription button

    Click on the Cancel Subscription button if you wish to cancel your subscription. A second page will be displayed asking you to confirm the cancellation. You must confirm the cancellation at this stage - you can also change your mind and cancel the cancellation process, if you wish

  • When you have confirmed the cancellation, a message will be displayed on the screen to confirm this.

  • You will also receive an email from PayPal confirming the cancellation, similar to the following;

    Dear John Doe,
    You have successfully cancelled your subscription to Bluegrass College Membership #36165236
    You will not be invoiced for this Subscription again.
