The Music Theory Lesson is available either for use online, or as a stand-alone 26-page pdf download with audio and picture examples embedded in the document. It has been specifically written by the Bluegrass College staff to cover aspects of theory that are particularly useful when playing bluegrass. It is in three sections and covers many aspects of rhythm and time, major and minor keys, scales and modes, and how a good knowledge of these topics will help your playing.
