My First MerleFest, I'm sitting in the second row with my brand new Dobro in my hands watching my first dobro workshop, and recording the session with my camera.

My name is Ben and I've been playing music my entire life. Started on Cello and guitar. Although my family has always been heavy in to bluegrass music, I never really followed suit. That is, until this past April, when I went to MerleFest. I purchased a Dobro there, and have learning ever since. I even managed to get a lesson with Mike Auldridge. I hpe to have another one soon. I"m currently working on Shenandoah Valley Breakdown.
