Search for the videos by Rob Bourassa. They are very well done. He teaches Cripple Creek and Foggy Mountain Breakdown. I just got my banjo a month ago and can already play the FMB at the B speed according to his practice companions. There are also great videos out there by Geoff Hohwald. His lessons are great. I use the free ones and I have purchased several of his downloads. He wrote a book called The Banjo Primer and made a video to go with it. His roll exercises are great.

Also, Ross Nickerson has some great lessons available. He wrote The Banjo Encyclopedia which is one of the best investments you can make. It comes with an audio CD. He also has a lot of great downloads. His downloads are here:
