Anyone tried These?: http://www.pirastro.com/pirazzi/home1.html
-If not, you should! Last as long as coated strings with no coating and fantastic sound and playability. Their electric guitar strings are also great. I just wish they could make resophonic strings...
-But we are the Reso capital of the world! (And got easy access to to cheap bacon !)
-And welcome, Magne! You are one mean Ojnab picker, if you are who I think you are!
-I wish he was stationed in Norway, then maybe I could book him for some lessons.. He's German. (But the Reso capital of the world, Halden, is in Norway, so I totally understand the mix up! :lol
I want to use the opportunity to use this first post in the Bluegrasscollege forum to thank all of you guys for giving me such a great tool to learn bluegrass standards from! Out here where I live there's not to many guys playing these tunes, so I'd have to pick'em note by note from records if I should learn them. For me that would have taken time!
-Also, the possibility to "jam" with the best makes this "College" extraordinary!
