Biography: I am 25 years old, and only a year ago picked up the resonator guitar. My wife Samantha and I are originally from Upper Peninsula Michigan (right across the Mackinac Bridge) and moved to the Asheville area Sept.09' to work with a missionary based church. Of course i still have my job down south for the time being. Hopefully that will change soon. Started playing guitar in high school and continued playing in college ( NMU ) in different Jazz ensembles. Then, by a stroke of chance, discovered genuine Americana music at Wheatland music festival and fell in love (with music) all over again! Thats probably enough info!! oh yeah.....I play Tacoma acoustics and Harlow resonator guitars. My dobro is a Adirondack spruce top w/rosewood back & sides jumbo body. Known as the 'Stobro' for Mr. Ferrell Stowe I play with a Bradley chrome 3in. and a scheerhorn chrome 2 3/4 bar.
